Online Booking
A valid credit card is required to confirm all bookings. Your credit card will not be charged at the time of the booking. Charges will only incur based on these policies:
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Policy
Appointments may be cancelled and our cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card if you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment.
Maintenance & Expectation
Services require at-home care. Commit to maintaining your hair as recommended by the artist.
Not all services may be possible given previous color or the condition of your hair.
Some services or results may require multiple sessions.
